30 Hour Famine Registration

30_Hour_Famine_Registration.doc Please download, fill out & return the 30 Hour Famine Registration Sheet & Parent Consent Form to Christina Mitchell by Wednesday, March 10th. Additionally, each student who attends 30 Hour Famine must have a notarized Medical Release Form on file. This can be brought on March 13th. That form can be found below. |
