This week we celebrate the Triumphal entry
into Jerusalem. Jesus and his disciples are preparing for the Passover
Holiday to remember God's delivering the people of Israel out of
bondage in Egypt. It is a special time when all the people recognize
that they were saved by the blood of the pascal lamb. All of Jerusalem
was excited about the holiday - one of the most important annual events
in the faith.
We know the story and we know how the week unfolds. Read the story in Matthew 21:1-11 and try to focus on only this part of the story. Then let the impact of the week unfold for you. This is the most powerful and most important week in our faith.
